1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message and an email with your tracking details.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by location, but orders are generally delivered within 2 to 10 days:

Maharashtra & Gujarat: 2–3 Days
Other States: 4–7 Days
Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands: 5–10 Days

3. Shipping Charges
Delivery on us (Free Shipping) for all orders above ₹495
Orders below ₹495 will incur a small delivery fee of ₹50
Cash on Delivery (COD) option available with a ₹100 COD charge

4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.


5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message and email with your tracking ID.
You can use this ID to check the live status of your parcel on our courier partner’s website.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Aorial is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the courier directly.

7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at +91 94001 30613.
We’ll do our best to correct it before shipping, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is dispatched.
