We take great care in packaging and delivering every order, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following conditions:

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
You must provide a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

This video must show the parcel label, the product inside, and the issue clearly.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process
Once we verify the issue through your unboxing video and returned item:

Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or wear and tear
Items without a valid unboxing video
Custom, hygiene, or clearance items
